Gong jacuzzi
a Gong Bath is...
a deep immersion in sound that penetrates the water of the body, stirring its structure as if a great stone were to fall into a still pond. Its sounds awaken and move the sediment lying at the bottom of our being, restoring harmony within. The vibration travels through our cells, cleansing pain, emotions, and thoughts — bringing back serenity and deep inner listening.
The sound waves travel through the body’s meridians and fluid channels, stimulating the glandular system, regenerating the nervous system, and balancing biological, mental, and energetic rhythms.
When we surrender to a gong bath, its vibration envelops us and connects us with extrasensory experiences that transport us to other spaces, other times, other states of consciousness. It becomes a bridge between dimensions, a journey through space that brings you back to your center — a great master of transformation, the sound of the Universe itself.

"I’ve been feeling something strange for a while… The waters are opening for me — an invitation to enter. At times, the moorings loosen, and the immersion begins… And there I find what unsettles me within these waters — Vulnerability. Nakedness. Confusion. Fear of sinking. The ocean is so vast... An aquatic world, an emotional world — moving with trust and grace within this viscous realm, where my comforts shift and change… Movement slows down… The stability of earth, the lightness of air, the pulse of fire — they’re all still present, but in different proportions, tinged in shades of blue. What prevails is WATER. Relaxing into this element is a challenge… to let the body soften, release tension, enter into flow… o be moved. Resistance awakens — impatience stirs, the fiery impulse to move, to cling to fleeting stories of the mind… to escape. And then I let go… and enter again. Silence. Slow movement. So here I am — in the prelude of entry, moving through discomfort, with sunlit little songs, going in and out… until, little by little, I surrender to the depths of the Sea."
